   Attorney Kercher has been providing legal services to Chapter 7, 13 and 11 debtors throughout the Lehigh Valley, including Lehigh and Northampton Counties, for over thirty (30) years. Kercher had previously represented banking institutions and creditors as well but has concentrated his practice in the representation of debtors over the last thirty (30) years. He also has experience in litigating consumer protection issues, such as Truth in Lending violations, Fair Debt Collection Practices violations, Unfair Trade Practice issues and related consumer problems caused by the over-reaching of lenders and creditors.  
         Kercher is admitted in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Middle District of Pennsylvania, both in the District Courts and in the Bankruptcy Courts, and has represented clients in other bankruptcy courts, including the Districts of Delaware, Maine and Kentucky. He is a member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), and the American Bankruptcy Institute - organizations of experienced, expert bankruptcy practitioners. The organizations provide their members with continuously updated materials that allow their firms to stay abreast of current vital developments in the law.  
         Mr. Kercher has a lovely wife, three wonderful daughters and lives in Whitehall Township. He is an avid Cique De Soleil and college football fan and continues to play recreational volleyball from time to time.
